The raw material for production is fresh Polish sour cherries. The concentrate is obtained by evaporating the water present in fresh juice. The product is not sweetened or acidified, and is 100% natural. It has the characteristic sour cherry taste and aroma. The dark red colour and thick consistency is typical of the concentrate.
