The raw material for production is healthy Polish strawberries. The concentrate is obtained by evaporating the water present in the strawberry juice. The product is not sweetened or acidified, and is 100% natural. It has the characteristic strawberry taste and aroma. The dark red colour and thick consistency is typical of the concentrate.
