• 4 large salted herring flaps
• 1 Białuty Tartar sauce
• 2 eggs
Soak the salted herring flaps in water for around 2 hours. Hard boil the eggs and peel. Cut the eggs into cubes. Cut the herring flaps into cubes or large squares. Finely chop the chives. Serve in one of two ways: No. 1: layer the chopped and cut ingredients, covering with Tartare sauce;
No. 2: mix all the ingredients together.
