The raw material for production is Polish industrial apples. The concentrate is obtained by evaporating the water present in fresh apple juice. The product is not sweetened or acidified, and is 100% natural. It has the characteristic apple taste and aroma. The golden yellow colour and thick consistency is typical of the concentrate.
